MOUNTAIN SPRING SMOKE HOUSE Founded in early 2007 in Zhoushan, Eastern China, Our company is a joint-venture between New Spring International, Inc., a US company and a Chinese investor. Mountain Spring Smoke House is the only smoke house in China designed by the best smoke house expert and most mainline equipment is imported from Germany, USA and Belgium.
Our company is dedicated in pursuing the highest quality smoked seafood with all the best features and characteristics required. We have invested 3 million dollars to build the smoke house according to the best smoke house standard in Europe. Our on site Scottish production supervisor is a three generation smoke expert. The entire production line is isolated in three areas and under strict expert supervision to assure every step is up to the processing standard.
Our company is currently processing smoked salmon, smoked mussel meat, smoked crawfish meat and smoked shrimp. These are the preferred choice of high end restaurants, retail super markets, food service and cruise line buyers.
